Engaging Leader

The Engaging Leader Programme is formulated on a process-based approach to building an engaging culture within the company. It’s designed for team managers at all levels of the organisation. It contains many elements, such as workshops and tools, which allows us to individually determine development paths for each participant. We can inspire you to build an engaging culture in your organisation, and we can accompany you throughout the entire change-implementation process. The result will be engaging leadership at various levels of your organisation!

The Engaging Leader Programme includes inspirational lectures, workshops for managers, simulation games, leadership training, 360 assessment tools and research on leadership behaviour.

Agile Leadership

We believe that the world of structured plans, Gantt charts and predictability has ended. Contemporary leaders not only manage people, but also act in an EVER-CHANGING ENVIRONMENT. Therefore, in order to be effective, they need a completely new approach, new competences and new tools. In the new reality, success begins by building teams based on trust, commitment and agile methodologies. In other words – agile leadership is the skill of the future.

Diversity Management

We hold workshops, lectures and training programmes in which we teach how to manage in a variety of environments:

  • Generations X, Y, Z – three different generations with different expectations, work systems and methods of communication. We address the key challenges of managing different generations, equipping leaders with our “Millennial lifepack”, which has tools for managing in a diverse environment.
  • In organisations, leaders often face challenges related to different styles of work and communication. In this regard, we develop managers based on the Colour Model – self-diagnosis, a map of colour diversity in the team and company, and matching individual colour management strategies in the team.
  • Varying seniority, experience and competences – the key aspect here is situational leadership, efficiency and engagement in various groups in terms of seniority; work with a goals matrix (XXS, SMART and XXL goals depending on the employee’s seniority).
  • Women vs. men: how is our behaviour determined by biology, the environment, good gender diversity practices, work with gender stereotypes?

Leader Academy

The Leader Academy consists of targeted programmes implemented for a period of three months to two years. The Academy has a modular structure (from several to 10 modules), and is always adapted to the individual expectations of the client.
